Hello, we’re The Hearing Spa.

Our service is second to none, and our prices are very competitive for both hearing aids and hearing aid supplies. We also offer in-house repairs for $40.00 and estimates for "all make" warranty repair with our major manufacturers. Working within the medical community, we offer full physician and insurance cooperation.
We are one of the very few private practice Audiology clinics that also offer services for Cochlear Implants for those whose hearing is too bad for traditional hearing aids. We also actively participate in the prevention of hearing loss through the fitting of hearing protective devices and noise awareness education. We also supply musician earplugs and swimmers’ ear plugs.

Our clinic fits and programs sophisticated hearing aids and related accessories, including Bluetooth connectivity, to suit all types of hearing losses and lifestyles. All of our diagnostic hearing evaluations are conducted by Doctors of Audiology who are very skilled in helping you choose the level of amplification that would best fit your hearing loss and your budget.

Doctor Of Audiology, Board Certified In Audiology, Voted Audiologist Of The Year 2013/2014
Dr. Victoria L. Moore, F-AAA, CCC-A, BC-HIS
Dr. Victoria Moore (Vicky) serves as President as well as Lead Audiologist at The Hearing Spa. She moved to the USA from England in 1991 and has been serving the communities of Sarasota and Bradenton for over 20 years. Her independent audiology practice focuses on adult hearing loss, tinnitus management, as well as Cochlear Implant services.

She is a board-certified Audiologist by the American Board of Audiology and also holds her Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences. She completed her post baccalaureate work in communication sciences and disorders at the University of South Florida and earned her Doctorate of Audiology from Missouri State University. Dr. Moore completed her residency with a large ENT group. In this role, she was exposed to a variety of medical conditions related to hearing and balance and was an integral part in the diagnosis and treatment of these conditions.She has extensive clinical experience in diagnostic audiological evaluations and programming/ adjusting hearing devices.

As one of the owners of one of the few local independent audiological practices, Dr. Moore is skilled in fitting and adjusting Phonak, Oticon Signia, Resound, Widex and other leading brands of hearing instruments. She is also a certified Lyric provider. She works with all three FDA approved leading Cochlear Implant manufacturers (Advanced Bionics, Cochlear America, Med EL).Dr. Moore was voted Audiologist of the year 2013/2014 and is an active member of the Hearing Loss Association. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and has earned her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from The American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Dr. Moore regularly speaks at and attends professional and continuing education seminars and conferences.

She was interviewed and featured in the book Cochlear Implant Basics: What a Candidate For a Cochlear Implant Needs to Know discussing the importance of your Audiologist after cochlear implant surgery. Outside of the office, Dr. Moore enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
Audrey Gaskill, AuD
Dr. Audrey Gaskill is an Audiologist originally from Indiana who relocated to Florida with her family in 2015. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, along with a minor in Aging Sciences, from the University of South Florida in 2022. In May of 2026 she completed her Doctor of Audiology degree at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.

Throughout her graduate training, Dr. Gaskill demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership, service, and patient advocacy. She served as both Vice President and President of Ball State University’s Student Academy of Audiology (SAA) chapter, represented Indiana as the SAA State Ambassador, and participated in the East Central Indiana AHEC Scholars program. She also volunteered nationally with the Student Academy of Audiology Communications Committee and the Educational Audiology Association (EAA) student task force.

Dr. Gaskill has gained extensive clinical experience through a variety of placements during her doctoral training, developing independence in diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid technology, and patient counseling. She is passionate about all areas of audiology and especially enjoys helping patients reconnect with the people and moments that matter most through better hearing.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Gaskill enjoys spending time at the beach and Disney World, watching hockey and football, playing golf, reading, and being with family and friends.

Audiologist
Noel C. Moore, HAS, BC-HIS, A.C.A
Noel is Vice President of Hearing Aid Systems, Inc. and is a Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist. He completed his studies through the International Institute for Hearing Instrument Sciences becoming Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences.

Noel also obtained his Certified Audioprosthologist qualification through the American Conference of Audioprosthology. He has many years of experience with a wide selection of hearing instrument manufacturers.

Before moving to the USA from England in 1991 Noel worked for the British Government in research and development and was associated with the Institute of Aviation Medicine.

Practice Manager
Brenda Moore
Brenda is Dr. Moore’s mother and one of the original founders of The Hearing Spa. As Practice Manager, she oversees the financial operations of the practice and helps ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Known for her warm and welcoming personality, Brenda genuinely enjoys connecting with patients and helping everyone feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

Originally from England, Brenda moved to Seattle in 1991 with her husband, Noel, and their two children. Prior to joining The Hearing Spa, Brenda built an extensive professional background working in law, accounting, and banking in England, and later continued her accounting career in Seattle.

Outside of the office, Brenda loves spending quality time with her three grandchildren and cherishes making special memories with her family.
Shannin Charles
Shannin has been a valued member of The Hearing Spa team for over 14 years. As the practice’s Audiology Technician, she works closely with patients by providing hearing aid cleanings and repairs, Bluetooth troubleshooting, and patient counseling to help ensure the best possible hearing experience. Shannin also manages much of the insurance billing for the practice and is always happy to assist patients with billing questions. In addition, she works closely with hearing aid manufacturers on a daily basis to help coordinate repairs, orders, and patient support.

Born and raised in Florida, Shannin has over 25 years of experience in the medical field. Before joining The Hearing Spa, she worked in primary care medicine, bringing a strong background in patient care and customer service to the practice.

Outside of work, Shannin enjoys photography, traveling, visiting theme parks and spending time at the beach with her two daughters. She also loves cheering on her daughters at their basketball games and making lasting family memories together.

Patient Care Coordinator
Cinthia Kay
Cinthia Kay is the welcoming face of our practice, bringing over 30 years of exceptional customer service experience to The Hearing Spa. Originally from Minnesota, she relocated to Florida two years ago and has embraced the coastal lifestyle—especially time spent at the beach, her favorite place to unwind.

Cinthia is a proud mother of three adult sons and a loving grandmother to three wonderful boys, all of whom still reside in Minnesota. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her adorable dog, Leo, who keeps her active and brings her constant companionship.

She is excited to be part of the team and looks forward to creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient she meets.
Chloe Madden
Chloe Madden oversees social media and marketing for The Hearing Spa, connecting patients and the community through engaging content, educational outreach, and thoughtful patient communication. She graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management, bringing a strong background in communication, customer experience, and community engagement to the practice.

A Sarasota native, Chloe is passionate about supporting local businesses and fostering meaningful connections within the community. Outside the office, she enjoys practicing yoga and pilates, spending time at the beach or out on the boat, and relaxing at home with her cat, Peeka.
