Audrey Gaskill is a fourth-year Doctor of Audiology student from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. Originally from Indiana, she moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL with her parents and siblings in 2015. In 2022, she completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Aging Sciences at the University of South Florida. During her time in graduate school, she has served as Vice President and President of her school's Student Academy of Audiology (SAA) chapter, the Indiana SAA State Ambassador, and part of the East Central Indiana AHEC Scholars program. Additionally, she volunteered for the national SAA Communications Committee and the Educational Audiology Association (EAA) student task force.
She has developed independence in diagnostic testing, amplification and counseling from clinical experiences at several placements throughout graduate school. Audrey enjoys all aspects of the field of audiology, especially advocating and helping patients hear better. When she is not working, Audrey enjoys going to the beach and Disney World, watching hockey and football, playing golf, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
